The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town center and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. We appreciated the convenience of having a parking permit, which allowed us to park nearby without any extra charges. the beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The noise from the main road could be bothersome, especially if you need to keep the windows open during hot weather. the stairs leading to the third bedroom were quite steep, making it difficult for some people to access.

Great location, close to everything we needed and wanted to do. the cottage had a homey atmosphere, making it comfortable to stay in. - the communication from the owner was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. - the living room was spacious, with smart TVs in all bedrooms and Netflix accessibility. - the beds and sofas were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep and a cozy place to relax. - the bathroom was large and well-appointed.
The cottage was not as clean as we expected, with dirty baseboards, walls, and nooks and crannies. Some areas, like the skirting boards, needed a good cleaning.

The location of this property was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and all the attractions. We also loved the fact that it was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the communication from the owners was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
While the important things like beds and showers were good, we did notice that some of the decor and furnishings were a bit tired and in need of repair. Also, the property is located on a main road, so there was some traffic noise, which might bother sensitive sleepers.

I recently stayed at Bodhi Tree Cottage for a short family vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We loved the spaciousness of the cottage, especially the fact that my children had their own bedrooms. The Netflix access was a great bonus, especially when the weather was less than ideal. The location of the cottage was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The parking permit provided was extremely convenient and allowed us to park nearby without any extra charges. The owners were also great with their communication and made it easy for us to know where to park.
I do recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Bodhi Tree Cottage, we had a fantastic time exploring the town center, which was conveniently within walking distance. The location of the cottage was excellent, and we were able to easily access attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The comfortable sofas and beds provided a cozy space to relax, and the super WiFi and smart TVs with Netflix in the lounge and all bedrooms kept us entertained, especially on the rainy afternoons. The large bathroom was a plus and added to our overall comfort. Additionally, the parking permit provided was very handy, allowing us to park nearby safely and without extra charges. I highly recommend this cottage for a great stay in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Although I must mention that the stairs leading to the third bedroom were quite steep and might pose a challenge for those with limited mobility or after a night out. Additionally, on the particularly hot day we stayed, we couldn't find any fans to cool the house down, which could be an issue for longer stays.

The house was a good size and had comfortable sofas and beds. the location was great, just a stone's throw away from the city center. the staff online were super helpful and very responsive.
The maintenance of the property was poor. It was not very child-friendly, with broken slates near the kitchen doorway that could cause injury.

We had a great stay at this cozy cottage in Stratford, upon, Avon. the living room was spacious and well, utilized, with comfortable sofas and a large TV with internet access for streaming services like Netflix. Getting the keys was a breeze, thanks to the simple instructions provided by the owners. the backyard and inside table were perfect for longer stays, and the beds were high, quality and very comfortable. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the town center, attractions, shopping, and restaurants. the parking permit provided saved us money, as we found a spot just a few minutes away and didn't need to use our car again.
The house was perfect for our needs. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Loved the spacious living room and the well-utilized space in the house. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The free parking card provided was convenient, but we opted for a spot right beside the house for ease. The high-quality beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The TVs in all the bedrooms with internet access and Netflix were a great bonus. The backyard with a table was perfect for longer stays.
The house could use a thorough cleaning, especially the baseboards, walls, and nooks and crannies. The street lighting at the front made the bedroom too bright at night, but it was understandable for safety reasons.
